We believe in strong, diverse and focused teams, led by experienced and qualified mining engineers. Each team is structured to allow each individual to bring his experience to the tested Ukwazi planning processes. This way, we ensure that the solution that we apply at each mine is uniquely focused on its requirements. The disciplines of mine planning and mining engineering add significant value when a small but diverse team applies a proven and outcome-driven planning process from inception through to execution.
Our teams are structured based on mining method, commodity and practical experience to ensure that the plan is delivered by competent specialists with appropriate experience in project management, mining engineering, mine planning and mine planning tools. We have a flat management and control structure based on focused and dedicated teams.
